·  PE64 is a non-ionic surfactant composed of a polyethylene oxide-polypropylene oxide block copolymer. It is characterized by low foaming and low toxicity, and is widely used as an emulsifier, solubilizer, and dispersant in household cleaning, I&I industrial cleaning, as well as in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and pesticide industries.
