Applications:
·As a lipophilic component, it is blended with nonionic hydrophilic surfactants to form a mixed emulsifier, which is widely used in emulsifiable concentrate (EC) formulations of organophosphate, organochlorine, pyrethroid, and various herbicides.
·Textile Industry: Used in the formulation of synthetic fiber oils.
·Other Industries: Used as grinding oils, tile cleaners, cement dispersants, and detergent-dispersants for diesel and engine oils.
· 500# – Anhydrous 50 is an anionic surfactant whose primary function is to act as a lipophilic emulsifier. It is specifically formulated in combination with nonionic hydrophilic surfactants to form a blended emulsifier widely used in the preparation of various emulsifiable concentrates (ECs) for pesticides. Due to its “anhydrous” nature, it can be blended directly, eliminating the cumbersome dehydration process typically required for conventional aqueous calcium salts and significantly simplifying the production process. In addition, it is also used in industrial applications such as textile oil agents.

·Soluble in organic solvents such as alcohols and aromatic hydrocarbons
·Possesses excellent emulsifying, wetting, and dispersing properties; classified as oil-soluble
·Compatible with various pesticide synergists and nonionic surfactants, exhibiting good compatibility.
